All three bedrooms have en suite baths. The ground floor bedroom has a queen-sized bed, space for a desk, and an exterior door to the massive screened-in porch. The en suite bath features a high-tech shower head.

The grand stairway, made from milled trees on the property, leads to the primary bed and has skylights, a jacuzzi tub, and a glass-walled shower. The versatile third bedroom can serve as an office or guest room with a loft bed and barn doors for privacy.
The exterior includes a spa-like outdoor shower, bluestone patio w/ fire pit, and a yard with remote-controlled cafe lights. A propane grill and Adirondack chairs surround the fire pit.

The "treehouse" offers a deck among the trees, a screened interior with sleeper sofa, and strong wifi, ideal for a summer office.
